Her vision is to change the world one life at a time. This vision inspired her 20+ years ago to leave a thriving corporate career to become a functional health practitioner. Since that time she has amassed extensive clinical experience in naturopathy, nutritional/lifestyle counseling and health coaching, as well as plant-based medicine.
Through her clinical practice, writing, lecturing, and her network she has helped thousands of people achieve their wellness goals. Her commitment to her vision, lifelong learning, and ceaseless research, combined with her scientific and problem-solving background, along with her clinical experience have all culminated in her developing a proprietary wellness software branded HealthPotentialAnalytics™. This functional assessment tool is currently being used by her network of functional health professionals as an initial triage tool for identifying potential root causes at the core of chronic and autoimmune conditions.
Russell Skinner, MD
A board-certified Medical Doctor, the founder of Family Health and Wellness of Plano and owner of Superior Health and Wellness.
With over 20 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Skinner specializes in family medicine and has extensive expertise in a range of services, including hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, weight loss programs, performance enhancements, and more. He also has a background in advanced wound care, hyperbaric medicine, emergency and urgent care, occupational and physical medicine, and medical aesthetics.
A lifelong resident of North Texas, Dr. Skinner graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed his Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock. He leads an expert team that is dedicated to providing personalized integrative care.
