Your wellbeing program already reaches people. This helps each person know where to start.

A physician-led health assessment and follow-through program, designed to sit alongside your existing EAP, benefits and wellbeing platform — not replace them.

No presentation. We mostly listen.

Breadth is solved. Direction isn't.

Most large employers have an EAP, an app, challenges, screenings and a benefits package that covers the workforce. That infrastructure is real and it took years to build.

The harder problem sits underneath it. An employee opens the wellbeing app and sees fifteen things: a meditation module, a step challenge, a nutrition webinar, a counseling line. Nothing tells them which of those has anything to do with them. So they pick the easiest option, or nothing — and participation settles at the same fraction it settles at everywhere.

We work on that specific gap: helping an individual employee understand where their own health most needs attention, and giving them a structured path from that insight to an actual change.

Most workplace tools sort people into risk tiers or hand back a single score. Ours looks underneath that, at the patterns actually driving how someone feels — lifestyle, environment, and the connections between symptoms that usually get treated separately. That’s what makes the next step specific enough to act on, rather than one more general recommendation to eat better and sleep more.

How it fits with what you already have

The first question every benefits team asks is whether this competes with something they have already bought. It doesn’t.

It's a layer, not a replacement

Nothing here competes with your EAP, your platform vendor or your medical plan. It gives employees a reason to engage with those things rather than a reason to bypass them.

It routes people toward care, not away from it

The assessment is educational, not diagnostic. Where results suggest something clinical, employees are directed to their physician, their EAP or their covered benefits. That language appears in the report itself, not just in our contract.

It deploys without an IT project

The assessment runs in the cloud and is partitioned per employer, so your data sits in its own instance. Reports are generated on demand, encrypted in transit, and not stored after delivery. Responses are retained only in de-identified form, and only to produce your aggregate reporting.

What an employee experiences

Four steps, self-paced, on a phone. No facilitator, no scheduled sessions, nothing an employee has to leave their shift for.

1

A ten-minute assessment

HealthPotentialAnalytics™ looks across symptoms, lifestyle patterns and environmental factors to surface the patterns most likely driving how someone feels. Not a generic wellness quiz, and not a single number.

2

A personalized report

Written for a non-clinical reader. What's showing up, what it likely connects to, and — the part people actually need — what to address first.

3

A structured program

The Health Mastery platform turns the report into sequenced action: the root-cause video modules, the eight-week reset, and ongoing education. Self-paced and mobile.

4

Practitioner access where it's wanted

For employees who want human support, our integrative practitioner and health coaching team is available.

What you see

Aggregate, de-identified reporting only.

Participation and completion rates

The most common patterns across your population, by site, function or region

Self-reported change at 30, 90 and 180 days

How many employees were directed into benefits you already pay for — EAP, primary care, covered services

No individual employee's health information reaches the employer.
Not names, not results, not participation at the individual level.

Corporate Wellness Inquiry

We’re not pitching a lunch-and-learn. A first conversation runs twenty minutes and is mostly us listening: what you’re running today, what your participation actually looks like, and where you think it stalls.
